PRE- AND POST-PRODUCTION SERVICES 

• Contract Recommendations – Advice on which union contract applies to your project and what its benefits are for SAG, AFTRA and AFM. 

• Talent Negotiations – Negotiate talent fees with agents on your behalf. 

• Budgeting & Estimating – Assist with talent budgeting and estimating. 

• Waivers – Prepare and submit contract waiver applications to the unions, if necessary (e.g., PSAs, night premium, etc.) 

• Contract Preparation – Prepare talent contracts on your behalf. 

• Cast Clearance & Taft-Hartleys – Clear your cast to avoid unnecessary union security or preference of employment issues, and file Taft-Hartley forms, if necessary. 

• Final Edit Review – Review finished spots for outgrades, downgrades, or upgrades. 

• Cast Notifications – Send outgrade, downgrade, or upgrade notices to cast members, if applicable.
